Can I book an Intake Session?

We would love to connect with you to discuss how we may be able to help you or your child. You can use the contact form on our contact page or email us directly at info@organizedminds.org. From there we can work towards booking an intake session.

What are your fees?

To provide you with the most accurate information on pricing, it is best that we have a clear understanding of your needs and goals. Pricing will be discussed in your intake session. To book one, please fill out our contact form or send us an email at info@organizedminds.org

Are your services eligible for autism funding?

Yes! Our services, including the the cost of our initial program design meeting are typically covered by autism support funding.

What ages/grades do you work with?

We coach grades 6-12, post-secondary students and adults. We have staff that specialize in each of these age groups - check out our team page to identify who may be best for you to work with.

How do I know which coach is right for me or my child?

We understand this may be a common concern! During your intake meeting we learn more about you, and your story. We take all of the information you share with us into consideration, and use it to match you with a coach.

Are your services eligible to be claimed on my taxes?

You may potentially be able to claim our services on your taxes. Please follow this link to learn more.

Do you offer psychological/psycho-educational assessments/evaluations? Could you refer me to someone who can?

Yes! While we don't offer psychological or psycho-educational assessments here at Organized Minds, we can refer you to excellent psychologists that do! Please use our contact form to request more information.

Do you offer services to families located in the United States?

Please note we are located in Canada, however we may be able to offer services to you and your family if you are located in the United States. We encourage you to book an intake session with us so we can further discuss your options.
