Everything you need to know about the NEW Consistency Package Pricing and Credit Cards
New Terms:
Package Price: New pricing model where you buy 4, 8, or 12 sessions to use up when and how you like. Each larger size package has its own discount.
Consistency Discount: An additional 20% added to the package discount.
Consistency Price: The package prices plus the discount price.
Consistency Date: The date you need to use your sessions by to receive the Consistency Discount on your next purchase, based on weekly session usage.​​
I receive funding for my sessions, how does this impact me?
The only change is the requirement to add a credit card to your profile.
Will my credit card number be protected?
Yes! We’ve chosen to integrate Stripe for our credit card processing. Stripe is one of the world’s largest and most secure payment processors and is fully compliant with all international privacy standards. You can review their privacy policy HERE.
Will my costs be going up?
That depends on your previous billing agreement. Please refer to the pricing chart provided in your email.
We’ve worked to make the 4-session package (with the Consistency Discount) comparable to what many of our newer clients have already been paying, to reduce friction during this transition.
How do I get the biggest discount?
The largest discount is 24%, applied when you purchase the 12-session package and use all sessions weekly (i.e., by your Consistency Date).
Can I lose my Consistency Discount?
If you don’t use your sessions by the Consistency Date, your next package will be billed without the 20% Consistency Discount.
Are there exceptions to the Consistency date for illness or holidays?
Short term illnesses or scheduling conflicts are expected to be rescheduled, not cancelled. Longer term illnesses, especially those that prevent using a screen (such as a concussion), will be granted relief.
Consistency Dates will not be extended for federal or provincial holidays.
Will my Consistency Date be extended for Winter break, Spring break, and Summer break?

Winter Break: Automatically allows a 2-week optional extension. Clients who wish to continue during the break may do so with their coach's agreement.

Summer Break: Automatically allows a 2-month optional extension. Again, clients can continue sessions during this time if desired.

Spring Break: No extension. We view spring break as a valuable time to catch up, and our virtual model allows sessions from anywhere.
How do I get my Consistency Discount back if I lose it?
If your next round of sessions is used by your new Consistency Date, the 20% discount will be automatically applied to your following package.
Who do I message if I want to change the number of sessions in my next package?
You can choose a larger or smaller package anytime. When you receive your “2 sessions left” email (or earlier), email Marina at admin@organizedminds.org to request a different package size.
Are sessions based on date or hours?
Hours! This change allows coaches and clients to schedule shorter check-in sessions in 15-minute increments as needed.
How are meetings billed now?
All client-related meetings should ideally take place during session time. Any meetings outside of regular sessions—especially those involving your coach and the Caseload Manager—will use package time in 15-minute increments.
Why are you switching to this system?
Over the years, Organized Minds has prioritized accessibility through discounts and personalized payment plans. However, that model is no longer scalable.

To continue growing—while maintaining the quality of our services—we’ve implemented a pricing system that supports fair compensation for our coaches and the administrative team that supports our 100+ active clients.
We’ve long wanted a package model because it offers clients maximum flexibility—use sessions quickly or slowly, based on your goals and budget. That said, weekly users make things much smoother on our end. The Consistency Discount is our way of rewarding that.
